Eight games you play with your whole body. The camera is the controller.
Stand about 6 to 9 feet from the camera so it can see you from head to knees (feet are optional). One player at a time; take turns and beat each other's records.
Video never leaves this device. The body tracker runs inside the browser. The first launch loads the tracker (about 10 MB), then it is cached. Works best in Chrome, Edge, Chromium, or Safari on a laptop, desktop, or a TV with a webcam.
Imagination Arcade is a family movement arcade: wireframe games, sound effects only, no music, no screens to sit in front of.

The camera image is processed entirely inside your browser by an on-device body tracker. No video, images, or body data are sent anywhere. Scores are saved only in this browser's local storage. There are no accounts, cookies, or analytics.
Imagination Arcade is free and open source under the AGPLv3. Built by Kamsiob with Claude. Version 3.0.
Little is forgiving and slow (about age 4). Medium is for around 8. Big is tight and fast (10 and up).
Calm mode removes screen shake, halves particles, and softens celebrations.
Full is steadier. Lite is faster on slow computers. Changing this reloads the tracker.
Shows the tracker speed in the corner plus live body meters (run, steps per second, jump, stillness) so you can see what the game sees. If the speed sits under 20, switch the tracker to Lite.
Esc menu, F fullscreen, P pause, R recalibrate. Keyboard body: arrows step or lean, Space jump, Down duck, N tap to run, Y arms up, T T-pose, X star, K knee up, Q/E one arm up, mouse moves hands.
The arcade is built for a wide screen.
